My name is XX. Bornin Shandong province, I feel lucky that I can finish my undergraduate educationin central south university, from where I learned a lot.

Over the last threeyears, I was mainly concentrating on obtaining knowledge. Not only from books,but also from social activities and countless others.

learn to be, learn to do,learn to be with others and learn to how to learn. I try to improve myselfunder the direction of UNESCO. From my perspective, integrated development iscrucial.

I took part in the student union which benefited me in a number ofaspects. I learned to build a sense of responsibility and I furthered myorganizing capacity. Moreover，Idevoted some time doing research in a group.

Though we didn't get significantachievement, the process led a way for me to pause, to look, to examine, toconsider different aspects of a problem, and finally to figure out a solutionwithout puisuing quick success and instant benefits.

Further more, I did somepart-time jobs which make me feel more confident and cheerful. By doing allthese above, I learned how to manage time.

Although I have grasped the basicknowledge of my major, I admit that there is still a long way to gobefore I can undertake more demanding tasks or researching works, for my knowledgeand ability is somewhat limited. So I believe further study is urgent for me .

The major that i wish topursue for my further education is ***. I plan to concentrate on study andresearch in this field in my graduate time.

And I convince that I can form asystematic view of ***and make a solid foundation for future profession afterthree years study here!

这一阶段刚刚结束保研，大部分保研er都还沉浸在保研结束、拟录取的喜悦之中，继续进行高强度的学习其实是不现实的。因此本文有两点建议：

1. 对于学硕或未来有志读博的保研er

这一部分同学建议可以着手准备毕业设计的工作。

首先是选定方向。大部分本科生的毕设导师可能会给一些题目进行参考，但是不会完全限制。在选题时可以多方考虑：

一是考虑自己的兴趣，可以和自己研究生未来拟研究的方向共同考虑；

二是考虑自己心仪导师的主要研究方向，保研er普遍具有优先挑选导师的权利，导师近些年做的研究方向基本上也是你未来要研究的方向。

在这里并不建议保研er过早的联系导师，因为这一阶段导师大概率不会给你学术指导，相反会有一堆又一堆的杂活......

其次是阅读文献。对于学硕未来阅读文献的工作是必不可少的'，而且往往很多是英文文献。

关于如何高效阅读文献，如何使用文献管理器等问题可以搜索“经管保研通”的相关回答。

除此之外还可以提前学习如何撰写一篇优秀的文献综述，综述在一篇文章中的占比和意义都非常大，也是许多学子非常头疼的一部分。一篇好的综述意味着一篇好的文章已经完成一半了。

最后就是开题报告的撰写。开题报告各个高校一般都有各自的模板，并且大部分需要做开题的答辩，因此相关答辩ppt也可以提前准备。

2. 对于专硕或未来确定就业的保研er

这一部分同学建议可以考虑投投简历，进行这一阶段的实习，或者寒假实习。

对于专硕或者未来已经确定直接就业的学硕而言，在研究生阶段发表的论文、参与的课题、项目其实对就业并没有太大的帮助。
